Hormonal Diet

Imbalanced Hormones are the most important factor in a body that causes weight gain or obesity apart from excessive consumption of calories. Often the emphasis is given to calorie counting and we are run behind the age-old theory of eating less and moving more (We do agree this is a good thought). However, this angle of caloric restriction is not the most effective method to explain why most of us gain weight even when we eat the same food that we used to in the past.
Several hormones in our body can cause weight gain or weight loss even when we don’t overeat. Most of the metabolic diseases are caused due to these imbalanced hormones.
Our approach is that when we plan a diet for you, we do not count how many calories you are eating as this becomes too hectic for you. In our daily lives,it’s not easy to keep track of how many calories you have consumed at every meal. Most of us who follow the calorie count formula give up on tracking it within one week.
So, instead of just counting calories, if we focus on learning a little bit about hormones like leptin, insulin, estrogen, testosterone, glucagon, etc. Incorrect choice of macros and micros will also lead to inflammation in the body.
When you enroll with us, the first thing we do is find out your current food habits and make a list of macros& micros you consume daily. After this, we plan a diet based on our formula which we have derived after dealing with thousands of clients. Our coaches monitor your diet during this week for every meal.
After the weekly assessment, we realized how the first week’s macros worked for you. Our next week’s meal plan is based on the results of week one. This way every week we identify how your body is responding to the food you have consumed every day and we derive the most optimum diet you can follow.
