After helping set up and operate more than 25 fitness clubs in India we reached the conclusion that a linear approach towards weight loss and reversing metabolic disease is not going to work by gyms, slimming centers, hospitals, weight loss products, or dietitians alone.
By 2016 we realized that every day there are lakhs of individuals who enrol in fitness clubs or slimming centers to achieve their dream body, however, the challenge is finding the right team with the right approach to stay consistent on the path of healthy living.
So, we came up with a solution to help people who want to lose weight naturally without any pills, powders, or products. We set up a qualified team of dietitians who have exposure to help individuals with weight loss and manage metabolic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroid, fertility issues, PCOS, cancer, and much more.
Since then we have helped thousands of members across India and 9 countries in the world with their diet, fitness, and lifestyle management.

We strongly promote eating healthy food from home. We are ok if you consume vitamins and mineral in the form of supplements. However, that just about 5% of your overall diet. 95% of your results are due to what you eat every day.

Tailor made Exercise plan

We don’t just focus on diet but also on physical fitness. We want you to lose weight or achieve your health goals by fixing your body composition. We promote exercise every day and believe that no matter where you are, you can work out at a minimum of 20 minutes per day. We identify what’s your current fitness level and design a customized exercise program for you. In case you are not aware of how to work out, we also share videos to assist you. If you want personal help, then we get on a video call to teach you exercises.

Weekly assessment

We work on weekly goals. We do not want to set unrealistic goals. We first understand your lifestyle, goals and health history. Based on this we set some possible goals for the week. We monitor you and check how the week was for you.
We have a system in place to identify what is working or you. If something does not work we mark it down immediately and make the necessary changes.

We can proudly say that we have the world's best follow-up system. Your coaches follow up with you from “Good Morning” to “Good Night”. We are never tired or bored of asking you the same questions every day. We care for you and want the best results. Every day, every meal follow-up is what we prefer to do. You can hold us accountable for your results if we do not follow up with you for every single meal. We do not have an app or an auto bot system to ask you repetitive questions. We personally message or call you daily without fail. We will be the only ones in this world apart from your mother who cares for your health and well-being.

Qualified Team

Every member of WE Transform has been assigned a dedicated coach who is a qualified clinical dietitian educated by a reputed institution. Apart from this, they are under a 3-month observationbefore getting a permanent position as a coach. Every coach in our team has to go through a constant upskilling process throughout the year. Every coach in WE Transform is living the process that they teach you. They not only teach but also practice what they preach. The job of our coach is not just to provide a diet chart but to follow-up with you as your mother does it with love. Our coaches are great listeners and they do provide you that ear from time to time when feel low and demotivated to follow the process. Most of us fail in diet or achieving our goals when we are bored or burdened with work or personal life challenges. This is when your coach is there for you to listen to your emotions.
